#IndyOfTheWeek is The In A Box Project's newest blog feature. Every week we will be picking out an independent artist that we love. It may be because their music blows us away. It might just be because they're different. Either way, they will be worthy.
To kick things off we've chosen South London singer/songwriter MALORY. Having recently released 2 singles, Rapture and Nuclear Brandy, MALORY is gearing up for her debut EP release. Dystopia is the name of the EP, but we reckon that's misleading since the music is so good.
Not only is MALORY's music catchy, clever and easy to listen to, her visuals are on point. All track artworks are fresh and work together cohesively. In our opinion, having such a clear and coherent visual identity really has a big impact and is indicative of someone who takes what they do seriously. First impressions are everything in music and MALORY gives off a good one.
